Important Delivery Information
Mail
Tickets that are mailed will be sent by first class mail to the billing address of the credit card ONLY. Delivery can take up to 7 to 10 working days. Tickets cannot be mailed to overseas addresses. If you do not have a US address, your tickets will be held at the venue for pickup on the night of the show.
Venue
If an event is within the next 7 days, this is the only delivery option available. Your tickets will be held at the venue on the night of the performance, and can be picked up no more than one hour prior to performance time. Please note that, per the MetroTix.com Purchase Policy, the tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the credit card. You will be required to show the credit card and a photo ID.
Print At Home
Our most convenient delivery option is now available for some Fox Theatre events! Your tickets will be emailed to you in Adobe's PDF format. Just print them out and present at the venue entrance for admission (if you don't already have it installed, you must download the free Adobe Acrobat reader to print your tickets) .
