At MetroTix, you can purchase over the phone, at a walk-up outlet, or online. When you purchase online, you're offered exactly the same seating as is available by phone or at an outlet. Purchasing online is convenient and simple, just follow the four steps below.

Real Time Ticketing
Your transaction will happen "live" via a link to our live ticketing system. To ensure we are able to provide all customers with the same opportunity to purchase great seats, you'll be given up to a total of ten minutes to complete your transaction (on Hot Show Days, when traffic is at its peak, you may be allowed less time). Complete your details in the Ticket Selector as quickly as possible as your seats are not guaranteed until you accept those tickets offered to you on the Confirmation page.
Select Your Event
Browsing? - You can find events by:
Entering a keyword or event name in the Keyword field OR
Selecting a show type, eg. musical, from the Category field AND / OR
Selecting a performance location from the Venue field
Know exactly what you’re looking for? -
Enter the event name in the Keyword field.
Then, press "Go" to see the results of your search.
Click On The Buy Now Button
Once you've found your chosen event, click on the Buy Now button, located in the light blue box in the top right hand corner of your screen. To select your seating, follow these steps:
Select your preferred date/performance time from the list buy clicking the blue "buy now" text
Select the number of each ticket type you'd like to purchase
Select a seating area, or let the computer select the best available seating
Select your delivery method from the drop-down box anc click "check out"
Once you have completed filling in the details, please check them to ensure they are correct before commencing payment. Remember, once your purchase has been completed and your order has been processed, your tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
What If I Make A Mistake?
At any time, if you make a mistake while you're entering the information, simply press the navigation buttons on the page. In many cases, you can also use the "Back" button in your browser. Then, simply re-enter the information from the previous step. If your purchase has already completed, please call us at 314.534.1111 or 800.293.5949.
Accept Ticket Offer
At this point you will be prompted to sign in, or to register if you have not done so already. You'll then be taken to the Payment page. Your account information and the total charge for your purchase will be displayed.
If you have entered your credit card information into your account, it will already be displayed. You can use this card, or enter another one by clicking the "Use a different Credit Card" button. You can then save that information to your account by clicking the "Store this Credit Card" button.
You MUST also enter your Card Verification Number, a three-digit number found on the back of your credit card. (Please see our security page and privacy policy for important information.)
Are These The Best Tickets Available?
Yes. The tickets offered to you are the best available at the time of your purchase.
Confirm your ticket purchase by reading and checking the Terms Of Sale, and clicking on the "Submit Payment" button. If you do not wish to continue with the purchase, select "Cancel Order" instead. This will take you back a page, where you can empty your shopping cart.
Receive Confirmation
Having successfully completed your purchase, you'll receive confirmation of your transaction through the Confirmation page. Please record these details, including the confirmation number, and print the page out for your reference. Your confirmation details will also be emailed to you.

Ticket Delivery

If your tickets are being held at the venue, you can pick them up no more than one hour before the performance time. You will be asked to present the credit card used to purchase the tickets, as well as a photo ID. The tickets will only be released to the person whose name is on the credit card.

If your tickets are being mailed to you, they will be sent by first class mail and should arrive in 7 to 10 working days.

If you selected Print At Home tickets, you'll receive instructions by email, along with the tickets.
